Journey so far

Sự ra đời của Tập thể vể sức khỏe và bệnh tiểu đường người góc Á (ADWC) bắt nguồn từ tầm nhìn của người sáng lập, bà Tam, một y tá có cha mắc bệnh tiểu đường và rất ít nguồn lực hữu ích để tham khảo. Là một giáo sư điều dưỡng và nhà nghiên cứu, bà sớm nhận ra rằng việc tạo ra các nguồn lực hữu ích đòi hỏi sự tham gia của bệnh nhân và cộng đồng cũng như sự hợp tác đa ngành.
